Top 10 Best Altervative Search Engines - Part 1 of 10

Most of the internet users are go for Google when the need to search for info online. But, there are some alternative search enginers out there that give you better search results compare to Google. So, please don't just googling around and no bother about other tools that perform better in some niches. Mastering Niche Marketing to boost your online business is one of the factor that many marketers need to catch up.

I am going to share 10 of them with you. This is the first part of my sharing.

Retrevo.com claimed itself as "The Ultimate in Consumer Electronic Search" is a specific search engine to helps you to look for reviews or information on particular technology product. At the search result page, you will have see the value that out perform Google. The page will shows you links to manufacturer's info, forums and blogs, reviews and articles. The most important info is where you can buy the product that you are seraching for. A great way of auto classify of different platform of information, no more clicking here and there.

I am highlighted them with Red Colour Box like below. This auto classification way of search result give me a much better idea of what I am look for. Google will only show search result page with highly optimize sites. No auto classification like Retrevo. An A+ function for infomartion hunger like me. No more click here and there, time saving is important for me. :-)

How I use this site:

Go to http://www.retrevo.com/, choose a keyword and Search. I am trying out this site with "iPodTouch" as my root keyword. You will see a search result page like above image. At the right hand side of the search result page, they will show you a Preview of the Apple - iPod Touch web. That is the preview of the particular search result (highlighted with yellow colour box). This is the part that Google can't help. Go down to the second search result with you mouse, you will see the preview of the particular web site at your right hand site. Effective, Clean and Easy way of surfing online. Cool huh!
